hey all just came across the above model on ebay with bidding up to $56.00 Australian 2 hours to go. does anyone know whether this was one of the better sansui models?

It was entry level, 10wpc (but sounds much more than that). Not one of the big, famous Sansui amps BUT a really lovely sounding thing and well worth a go IMO, especially used with sensitive speakers.
thanks matthew, i was thinking of it for my computer because of its smaller profile and i was just after a cheap old, but decent amp. running the computer through the sansui with a DAC and a very small pair of book shelf speakers, it should sound great i hope.
im also looking at getting a au2200 or any other sansui amps that come,s up on e-bay in the au range.what speakers would you use with the au2200.would you go with reto or new.?
