samsung ue40d6530 setup

ive just been and bought the above tv and cant seem to set it up correctly. with a blu ray its juddery and the same with games on ps3. ive changed the motion control to custom set to max and tried the other options for motion control but no joy. my old 50hz panasonic never juddered. any help is much appreciated.

No concellation but I bought the same TV recently and I am having the same problems, only difference is I have a 6 year old Toshiba 50 hz which behaves impeccably in comparison. Clearly the advertised 400 hz is just advertising and the set is 100hz.

I have tackled Samsung about the issues and they just refer me to the emanual so not much help there. I am still awaiting a response from my supplier but I am not hopeful. Sorry to say I think once a set has been sold, manufacturers and suppliers are not interested.

I will keep you posted if there is any resolution of the problems.

did this get resolved, I was thinking about this as won't use 3d (wife migraine problems) and supposed to be excellent 2d ?

Switch off all motion control / extra processing to start with. That usually resolves most problems.
