Rush, Ahoy Rotterdam - NL

Yesterday evening I went to see Rush playing in Ahoy Rotterdam.

Man, what an amazing concert! It also remembered me what my hobby is about: it's not about speakers, amps, cables, sources and what else, but it's about the music!

Hightlight (there were many) for me was the solo from Alex Lifeson in Villa Strangiato. What an amazing guitar player! Highly underrated imho.

Back to searching for a new amp which could bring me this live experience to my living room ;-)

Great band ! Sublime musicianship. Sadly, another example of a band where their "digitally remastered" CDs are often worse than the originals - look up "Rush" on the Steve Hofman forums for further info...
