ROTHWELL ATTENUATERS

Hello there, Andrewe e or anyone, im the one with the unusual biamp setup useing two C/A 640 v2 intergrated amps connected by interconnect. I bought a pair of rothwell attenuaters to balance up the sound from the speakers at lower volume levels. My question is, where do i put the attenuaters, do i put them in the preout on amp1 acting as the preamp, or do i put them in the connection im useing on amp 2 acting as the power amp, or would i be better useing them to attenuate the cd player. many thanks.

Use them in the CD player interconnect, which will then let you run both amps at a higher volume setting.

Still think it's a bonkers set-up, though.
