Has anyone got any opinions of them. Does anyone own any of their re-issues and are they any good?

They are re-issuing Ten Years After –Cricklewood Green shortly which is an album I have not got and would like a copy, but in my experience not all re-issues are the same. Music On Vinyl and Speakers Corner seem to produce quality sounding stuff, whereas I’ve bought other makes that sound more like 80s lack of quality production rather than 60s or 70s quality stuff.

Their website is worse than useless which does not inspire confidence, seems to be more interested in Twitter, Facebook and MP3 stuff rather than what they’ve produced on vinyl

I'm pretty sure I have a couple of LPs from Rhino at home.

I'm away at work at the moment so cannot check exactly which ones.

I don't recall having any serious problems with any of my vinyl purchaese in the last few years.

Hopefully neither will you if you do purchase the Ten Years After LP (Alvin Lee rocks!)

Thanks you guys, I will be ordering the TYA and will have to see if I can add something to it to reduce the postage. Well you know what I mean, make the postage more viable.

Postage an issue? Buy another LP. :)

No, seriously, where in the world are you .... please don't say America or I'll look silly.

I bought some Tom Waits reissues, and they have been fine, but I had to read through stuff like this first to make sure I was buying the right ones! Buying reissues on vinyl is often tricky these days and regardless of label/reputation I do a little homework before spending.

I got the recent Rhino RSD Husker Du Candy Apple Grey release. It sounds very dull. However I also got the Rhino Gram Parsons Grievious Angel Alternate takes vinyl and it sound great. So I guess it's hit and miss.

Yeah I'm in Los Angeles.

No I'm only joking I live in Staffordshire but not in the centre of the universe. I think some people think I'm from the US of A as they get Lost mixed up with Los.

What I meant by postage was if you buy an album for 17 quid + 3 quid p&p it's really £20, so if you buy 3 for 17 quid + £4 p&p then they're only £18.33 each which makes them better value.

Anyone know why the new Brothers in Arms double LP set is only £18.99 is it ***** like the Back in Black re-issue was.

I might risk leaving TYA until I can find any reviews after it's released

Thought it might be a play on words and you might actually be in Los Angeles. :)

Know what you mean about the postage. No record shops near you then?

I have seen your album going on a website for £14.99 but then you have to add postage (not sure what but probably about £3) then seen it on eBay for £18.99 with postage included. I guess it would work out about the same overall.
