Replacing Amp assistance

Hi,

Currently I have YAHAMA RX-V620RDS which is a great unit with superb sound. However I now have two devices that run from HDMI.

So I am looking at replacing the above unit with this one.....Yamaha RX-V365.

How do these units compare? I don't want to spend much money max of £200 really.
