Remote contol problem with Onkyo 605

I bought an Onkyo 605 AV receiver in December 2007 (being a Best Buy then) and cannot fault it. However, over the past few months, the volume button on the remote control has gradually became less and less responsive. It does work, just need to hold it down hard and wiggle it! It a pain.

Anyone had any similar problems, and should I contact Onkyo about this (email??) or go back to Richer Sounds where I bought it?

Since you bought it from Richer Sounds, that should be your first line of complaint, but I can't see that an email to Onkyo Europe's Uk office would do any harm at all...
