rega 303 arm significantly better than 202?

Hi everyone,

I'm replacing the arm on a 1978 vintage LP12, I'm stuck between the rega rb202 and the £150-more-expensive 303. Given that I'm only going to play what's left of my vinyl collection plus the odd new purchase, I'm sure the 202 would suffice. But would I end up kicking myself for not bying the more expensive model? Anyone tried both? Cartridge will be one of the Regas (not sure which yet) feeding an LSA Standard Amp and PNC FB01+ speakers. Any thoughts welcome.

Never heard either of these arms as my last Rega was a Planar 3 but I am wondering why you are not looking for a cheap Linn arm instead.

That aside if you must go for a rega I'd go for the cheaper arm but spend some more money on the cartridge (and not a Rega one).
