Recommended Speaker Cable

I have purchased the following based on WHIFI write ups and recommendations;

TV - Samsung 50" Q97 / Receiver - Onkyo SR505 / Speakers - Pioneer S-V410 / DVD - Toshiba SD370

Next problem is what would be best cables to buy to link the system up? The speaker cables will be hidden behind the skirting with longest run 12m.

If required I can upgrade the DVD player.

For AV installs, you cannot reasonably go wrong with QED Original. The stuff seems to be indestructable, is easy to hide or paint and "sounds" fine. The fact that QED have been selling it since the late Cretacious period would imply there is little wrong with it.
