Try ebuyer. They start from about £170 for a Lenovo, with 2.16GHz clock, 4GB RAM, 500HDD, webcam, bluetooth and will automatically be Windows 10 in about 6 weeks. Work upwards from there as £350 buys a lot these days.

I bought a Fujitsu Lifebook just over 3 years ago. In the last 6 months, the CD/DVD drive has failed, then the touch pad, then finally the keyboard. I recently bought a 5 year old refurbished Dell Latitude E6410 for £74, and the difference in quality is staggering. My point is, yes you can get a lot of spec for £350 these days, but I doubt the build quality will be that great, so it might be worth considering buying a used, high quality laptop from a trusted seller if a massive hard drive isn't needed, and if it's just going to be used for simple web surfing etc.
