Recently announced Sony 40W5800

Hello there, has anyone any idea when the newly announced Sony 40W5800 TV will be in the shops?

I will be in a position to get a 40W5500 within the next fortnight and am wondering whether it will be worthwhile waiting for the W5800!! Thank you

Don't end up the endless 'waiting for the new model' cycle. We were, but then our Loewe CRT died. If the 5800 has a guarantee with the backlight (never mind 3 year warranty or trade in the old telly) it will be worth your wait. The lap of the gods really.
