I had to take my Bryston in under warranty for a issue with it.

PMC deal with Bryston in the UK.

They have been brilliant so far and I wanted to highlight this. They squeezed me in very quickly, did the work while I waited.

The amp needs a new part so they have put a temp one in so I can use the amp in the meantime and gave it a service at the same time.

All done very quickly and really efficiently and friendly.

Big thanks to them.

I have had very different warranty service to this before where your expected to wait months without your product. Which means your whole system is unusable for that Time if it's a key component.
So I am very greatful to be able to use it while I wait, what a difference it makes :)

It's always good to hear of good service. It seems that bad experiences encourage people to vent more than good experiences encourage people to praise so it's a nice change to hear someone happy with the service they received.
