I suspect GDPR would prevent disclosure of the voters' names...

Just some numbers. A vote count would be plenty. Also perhaps the criteria for selection should be the actual top 10 most viewed reviews, as opposed to ‘ten of the most popular reviews of the year’ which has the potential for some bias.
