Quick question about Apple TV

is youtube content on apple tv the same as it is on a laptop?

i know that when i look at youtube on my iphone i get different content than what is available on youtube.com. because it's a mobile site, as in m.youtube.com or whatever

does apple tv access the normal youtube.com or are you stuck with what appears to be the reduced content available on youtube via the iphone?

On your iPhone, go the bottom of the YouTube page & click "desktop" for the desktop version of YouTube.

you're talking about the youtube app? cause ain't nothing on the bottom to choose desktop...

if you're talking about using the safari app, then that only loads youtube in the youtube app...?

In safari, type www.youtube.com. Then go to the bottom of that page & click "desktop". It loads in YouTube app only after you click on a video. But you can surf the site in safari just like your desktop.
