Anyone else see this? Did you do it? Something about a £5 discount at Amazon.

Yes I have seen this , it pops up every now and then asking for feedback on products advertised on this site and promises a Amazon £5 voucher on completion .

It asks for an email address to send the questionnaire to and promises not to spam you with anything else but I would not trust it personally .

The company is called COG research , TEL, 01483898933 , info@cogresearch.com

Completed mine on Thursday so I'll give them a couple of more days for my voucher.

Edit: I did do a full virus scan on my PC after completing it mind!!

Just got another email from them, wanting to confirm my email address! Voucher should be with me within a couple of days. We will see...
