Quad 12L2 step up from B&W 601 s3 ?what do You think ?

are Quad's warmer sounding than B&W's? any experience ? Thank You

I don't think you'll find a lot of Quad fans here, I however am one so I'd recommend them (ignore the reviews here, they're really good speakers). It'll certainly be a taste of the classic BBC sound for sure, how it compares to the B&W though I'm not sure. if I were buying I'd get the Quad over B&W, I'd say the sound will be different rather for sure. Try getting a home demo or buy on 30 day approval, that way you'll give yourself time to find out their strengtha and weaknesses as well as aclimatise to the sound.
