i have recently purchased a 3dtv and was wondering if my wqed reference hdmi cable is 3d compatible? i have a chord super from bluray to amp and qed ref from amp to tv. its the last one that qed made. the purple one? thanks

you need a High Speed type for 3D.
QED's website suggests (to my reading) that you need their 'Performance' HDMI-E for 3D
