Tbh it seems that the ethernet ones hold there money...i got 3x 2m cables a year or so ago,never needed or used or understood the ethernet tho :wall:

As there is no difference between HDMI cables (Providing they meet the relevant HDMI specification) £25 seems rather expensive for 5m, particularly as you can get one of these http://www.thatcable.com/product/High-Speed-HDMI-Cable-With-Ethernet-V1.4 for less.

Or even one of these http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004BIG55Q/ref=noref?ie=UTF8&psc=1&s=electronics-accessories for even less.

None of the TVs & other AV equipments support HDMI ethernet channel currently, as far as I'm aware.

It is quiet a thick cable so not so good at bending.

Had no issues with mine.
