Q7000 Subwoofer - Housed in cabinet or wall mounted?

Hi all,

I have bought the Q7000 speakers and I am really impressed.

My question relates to the subwoofer. I am going to make a cabinet to house the BluRay, SkyBox and Onkyo. But will I lose anything by putting the subwoofer in a cabinet below the other kit?

You might gain an awful lot of vibration, I can't imagine it'll be a great idea to be honest.
