Q Acoustics 3020 and NuForce µDAC 2 ?

Hi,

I'm planning on buying HiFi speakers and I stumbled upon the Q Acoustics 3020 which have very good reviews.

I was just wondering if I could use them with my NuForce µDAC 2 ? I'm pretty new to HiFi and I don't really much about the wiring of these kind of speakers so I'm looking for some advice. *biggrin*

I think you'd need a power amp to drive the speakers. You DAC can work as a headphone amp/preamp, but you wouldn't be able to drive the Q 3020s with it.
