Q Acoustics 1010i 5.1 or AE Aegis Neo 5.1

Hi all!

My room is reasonably large, and i've had a lot of positive words about the Q 1010i. However i do like the idea of floorstanding front speakers to double as stereo speakers, and the Aegis Neo look very strong. Has anyone here had experience of both or either sytems and can shed some light on which, in their opinion, is a nicer set of speakers?

100% the Neo's. Great sounding speakers but you need plenty of space, I had them for a while. Masses more presence and authority than the Q's but without sacrificing any detail.

Many thanks Octopo, i'm kind of swinging that way, just because i've always though larger cabinets can throw a bit more weight around, or so i've experienced with studio monitors. Any more opinions out there?
