Pure classic series 2 and dab+?

Hi folks, I'm based in Dublin and picked up a pure classic series 2 for the kitchen. On auto tune it picks up the available dab stations along with their dab+ versions. When I change to the dab+ version of the channel I get a upgrade firmware message which I've done but I still get the message. I thought it would be dab+ compliant?

My unit is a UK version. I wonder is there any way to flash non UK firware on UK model?
