problem with blu-ray and HDMI connection to tv

hello I am new to the forums

i run my blu-ray player to my prosesser for HT and on to TV and seem to get alot of flickering

You'll need to give us a bit more information about your kit my friend. When does it flicker? Is it just when you play a BD or does it do it on DVD or the home screen etc?

Is your tv capable of displaying a 1080/24p picture? Try changing the settings on your BD player to 1080p, 1080i or 720p and see if that helps.

Try turning off any HDMI control settings on all 3 items. Try using different HDMI cables. Is the BD player the only HDMI kit you use through the processor?

try pluging the blu-ray straight into the tv's hdmi socket completly by passing the amp and see if it still flickers, if it does then its most probably a cable issue.
