Problem, please read and help!

Hi just purchased a panasonic th 37 px 70 tv, and a lg ht 902tb surround sound system this weekend, when sitting down for our first new dvd experience tonight we had a problem, i'm only getting sound through 2 speakers, what am i doing wrong? Please help! Thanks

Well, either you haven't selected the 5.1 soundtrack on the disc (or it hsan't got one), or you haven't selected 5.1 surround on the system.

hi thanks for making time to reply to my question, i'm using a scart only between tv and dvd is that sufficient?

Yes that should be fine, just make sure the system is set up to deliver 5.1
