I have the proacs on the partington stands but, correctly set up, the tweeters were aimed at my chest. The stands are too short and I doubt the missus would allow larger stands.
To compensate, and to maximise the sound, I have two large pieces of blue-tac underneath the front of the speakers to angle the tweeters in the correct direction, to my ears.
My question is this:
a) Is there anything on the market that can replace the blue-tac?
b) Over long term use, will the angle of the speakers damage the drivers in any way?
