Please Advise ...

I think to upgrade my speaker and have identify 3 candidates:

1. B&W 685 Theatre

2. KEF KHT 3005 SE

3. Monitor Audio Radius 90AV-12

Which one will be best for movie & music?

Does Onkyo SR505 will have enough power to fire-up those speakers? Do I need to upgrade the receiver as well?

Any advise is much appreciated. Thanks.

I'd go for the B&W 685 Theatre package if you want the best sound for music and movies. Full review here.

I would personally go for the B&W 685 Theatre System. B&W have a strong pedigree in music and this system will no doubt, perform equally well in movies, judging by the excellent review from the magazine.

The store that I approached told me that they don't have ASW68 sub for the B&W 685 Theatre and they proposed Velodyne CHT-8R. Will this configuration be alright or should I insist to have the original set?

Get the PV1!! And if you can stretch to the 606, you'll find performance & specification upgrades worth the extra cash.
