I would be very thankful to receive an advise as per the title.
Some history. Actually I had Dali Zenzor 5 floorstanders before the CM1. Was happy with the Zensors' job except lack of punch. My aim was to find the speakers which would have some bump at about 80-100Hz to have drive with hard and heavy music. Having listened to about 20 pairs I finally stopped at the B&W. But.... at home I discovered they have too much punch
I am saying all this to show that I do not incline to change the speakers for the nearest future. The goal is to find an amp which is more sweet and mild than my current NAD.
Shall I look at somewhat like Yamaha 1000 or Marantz 6004. All other suggestions will be highly appreciated.
