Pioneer VSX1019 + Kef Q6C Center Bi-amping or Bi-Wiring

Hi

I have a Pioneer VSX1019 with Kef Q6C for Centre in 5.1 speaker config.

Questions:

1) with single speaker connection do I connect centre channel on receiver to Hi or Lo on Speaker?

2) Can I Bi-amp the Centre with the Pioneer (I cannot Bi-amp the L/R Fronts)

3) I tried Bi-Wiring the Kef with Chord 2-4 cable but the MACC did not recognise that I had a Centre?.

Worked out 1) and 2)

1) its the lo

2) I had the hi and lo reversed

But what about 3), I know it is possible to biamp the L/R Fronts, but what about the Centre with the Pioneer?
