PIONEER LX5090 in short supply?

It appears that this screen is very hard to come by. Many places advertise it at approx. £1760 but no-one seems to have them in stock.

Does anyone know why?

As soon as they lowered the price they flew off the shelves. Got mine on 23rd dec, i went in at mid-day and the shop had already sold 5, and they didnt even open till 10am! Nearly never got a stand for it and still have'nt got the speaker yet, stock shortages. Plus i guess the new models wont be to far away from hitting the shops.

New models are not due to be out till around the last quarter of this year apparently.
