I am watching one of these on a well known auction site at the moment..... Any thoughts on this amp? + How much is it likely to go for?

Current amp choices at home are Technics A600 and Denon PMA250 se [ plus an old Rotel that may or may not make it through surgery

Tons come up, there's always a good batch on the go but do a search on completed sales and see what the recent figures are. I think you would probably be able to get one for between £50-£100 depending on when you bid, auction closing time, etc.

Excellent amplifier. Extremely musical and detailed. It will certainly outperform today's crop of £200-£300 amps.

HOWEVER, only buy one that you can pick up in person. These amps seem to be getting a bit fragile as they get older and, from experience, I'd say they don't travel all that well.
