Philips 47 PFL8404 set-up

Hello I have a Philips PFL478404 LCD tv.

I am a little confused about settings for contast,brightness,hue,tint etc.Would anyone be able to help as to what these should be set to.I watch a lot of sport,Motorbike racing,football,golf etc and Discovery.Also watch Action Blu-Rays?

I use quality HDMI leads and power cables.

here we mate try these settings, they are for the philips 9664 as suggested by andy of whf. Not the same model but its a start, i'd suggest putting any motion settings to minimum and turn a few enhancement features off as below. I used the settings below and have had no motion issues or picture noise etc. see how you get on..

Contrast: 90

Brightness: 48

Colour: 50

Sharpness: 3

Noise reduction: Off

Tint: Normal

Within Perfect Pixel HD sub-menu

Perfect Natural Motion: Minimum

200Hz Clear LCD: On

Advanced Sharpness: Off

Dynamic Contrast: Off

Dynamic Backlight: Best pic

MPEG artefact reduction: Off

Colour Enhancement: Off

Light sensor: Off
