Panasonic TC-26LX85

I was intending to purchase a Panasonic Viera TX-26LXD70 LCD when I saw that a new 2008 model line up was being rolled out. Is the TC-26LX85 the new model? I've looked at it on Panasonic's US website, but I can't find out if it's coming to the UK. Can anyone enlighten me. Thanks.

It's an odd one, thermo - Panasonic announced no new 26in models for the UK/Europe: its entire 2008 range announced so far spans 32-50in, with the smaller and larger sets carrying on from the current, 7-series line-up.

Obviously if they make any further announcements (maybe new small/big sets for an Autumn launch?), you'll read it here sharpish...

It's a superb set - when we had it lined up with all our Award winners at our Show last November, being fed Blu-ray content from a PS3, in some ways it was even more impressive than its bigger brothers!
