Panasonic SC-PT170 vs Logitech Z-5500

Hi,

I just bought myself a new plasma where I got the Panasonic SC-PT170 home cinema system thrown in for free (apparently worth about £200, which includes a dvdplayer). I already have a Logitech Z-5500 set. The questions is, which one is better? Should I keep the logitech set and sell the new panasonic system off unopened, or is it worth opening it and setting up the panasonic?

Has no one at least tried out the Panasonic system? As it is now they are still sealed in the box they came in, I need to decide whether or not to replace the Z-5500 set with them or if I should just ebay them away. :/

Personally i cant see there being a huge difference, so you could just stay as you are, unless you preferr the panny set aesthetically or something.

I should say that im guessing, based on a little experienc of friends systems, and the fact i used to haves similar logitech set, but it was 2.1. So hopefully someone better will come along.
