Hi All

I have just received a Benchmark DAC1, which I have connected by an optical cable to my C.D. and by a coaxial cable to my Squeezebox. First thing I would say is WOW what an improvement for both devices.
I am now keen to connect up the rest of my gear that has digital out to the Benchmark. The problem here is that the Benchmark only has one optical and one coaxial input so I need some sort of switching unit before the Benchmark. I know there are optical switching devices available from Maplins etc. but wondered if these cheap unit would degrade the sound quality.
Surfing the web I saw a unit from Inday (DA4X-R), which looks interesting and would like to ask if anyone here has any experience of this unit or could suggest an alternative.
Thanks for any input.

They feel a bit plasticy but seem to work OK. I cant tell the difference in sound quality. Besides they are really cheap for what they do.
