Oppo DV-981HD - review?

In many of the online home cinema blogs and chat rooms the above player is very highly rated - indeed many people rate it better than the award winning Denon 1930.

Does What Hifi have any plans to review this player or do any of the What Hifi staff have any opinions on this DVD player?

It is odd that with so many sources raving about the Oppo players that WHF have not touched any of them yet!

Is it the distribution method (online) that rocks the boat? That simply reduces the cost structure they have, hence performance per £ being so good....
