Olive 03HD CD Transport just died

Ripped 10 cds yesterday perfectly, ripped 10 tonight no issues then the 11 disc loaded a few clucks and nothing - the cd drive will not play or read - not very happy.

Just googled it and seems a number of people have had same problem, just emailed the dealer I bought it off.
