I have a OLED55C8PLA bought in august 2018. I've always followed all the tips that I could find such as running Pixel Refresh and making sure the game settings were as low as possible. Just after the extended guarantee ran out last year I noticed the telltale signs as you can see from the pic attached. It's a bit annoying having it on the screen and people who come ask 'what's that mark on the screen' so I have to explain every time.
I did ask when I bought the TV about burn-in but the LG rep who was in the dealers that day assured me that I wouldn't have any issues.
