New speakers

I am looking for new speakers to complement my Arcam A38. I play different sorts of music, bu mainly Opeth, Porcupine Tree. The listening room is about 25m2. The speakers i'm playing now is the B&W CDM1 and i'm looking in the price range of 1500 pounds. Who can help me out to make a choice?

Without doubt. I can highly reccomend Focal.

i have the Chorus 826v which can be had for around a grand.

Should you feel like pushing the boat out a bit further the Focal Aria 926 are around 1700.

Stunning match with arcam. And top quality speakers.

Personally, I agee with this. I often used Heritage and Grace for Drowning as test records when I was demoing equipment, and I absolutely loved the R500s. Soundstage is phenomenal, bass is tight, detail is there without being grating... the 500s really are the sweetspot of the R Series.
