New Panasonic Blu-ray players

So much talk about 3D tv's, but new Panasonic Blu-ray players have no mention if they will support 3D via firmware upgrade (like the new sony bdp-470). Does anyone have any information on 3D and Panasonic players? the DMP-BD85 has all the spec needed and more, but no mention on 3D.

From the language of their press releases and the way they presented the product rollout as covered in the WHF blog, it would appear that only the Full 3D Blu-ray deck (the bd300??) is 3d compatible. I'm sure if their other decks were upgradable they would have made a song and dance of it much like Sony has.
