new dac to replace ageing original dacmagic

Hi i want to buy a new dac to replace my ageing dacmagic (original model) as i want a usb that accepts 96/24 input and has a better sound from usb (the other inputs on the dacmagic are better).

I like a warm, envelloping, lush sound - as close to good vinyl as possible from as dac

Budget is (UK) up to £400 or so but the cheaper the better and it will be used in my full system fed by a win8.1 laptop running foobar and lossless files.

Any ideas welcome.

Rega dac for a more natural sound.

I used to own the original DacMagic, connected to my Arcam CD73T as transport and the sound was far too clinical for my taste.
