New DAC for a tight spot

I'm currently experimenting with moving my music from my NAD cdp to my PS3 in WAV format. I like the convenience of not having to rummage around for CDs however I'm missing the far more crisp / focused sound of the cd player and so was thinking of trying a DAC. However I'm a little short of space as I have my amp and PS3 on my TV unit and don't really have room for much else.

So I was thinking either:

1) A small DAC. I know the DACMagic has good reviews and probably has the type of sound I'm looking for (from what others say) but it's far too big!

2) An amplifier with built in DAC. This way I could replace my NAD C352 stereo amp and free up an extra shelf. This is probably the most risky option as I'm quite happy with my existing setup, obviously I would need to be able to audition the amp.

DAC must support coaxial input for PS3.

Budget is probably between £200 - £300. Any ideas? Thanks. =)

I like the MF V-DAC a lot. Not much risk involved. A new DAC for the NAD will be a lot better than spending 300BP for a new amp I suspect.

Wow the v-dac is pretty small isn't it. Thanks guys will take a look at both of those options.

I chose the DacMagic over the Beresford as it can be mounted vertically (base included) so it can take up less space if required.
