New Amp Required - suggestions

I am currently running a Musical Fidelity A5Pre Amp a pair of Arcam P35 powers amps and a musicl fidelity v8 CDP and Dac - I am currently re decorating and just the amount of boxes and cables is turning in to a hassel

I am ideally looking for an amp that i hope exists to replace the above but must have the following - a phono stage for my record player, a usb dac for my olive, two sets of speaker outputs, a home cinema pass through, an output for my head phone amp and sound better than what I have now and ideally black!

£2k max budget!

the m6i is close but falls short no phono stage and only one set of speakers I have used mine with my av amp and it was very good it has loads of power and it grips the music great bass sweet treble and sound stage I am having a home dem of a pair of kef r700 at the moment and the amp is just singing good luck in your search
