Hi,

Im new to the forum but have been reading a lot of the posts and found them very informative but needed to ask a few questions.

I have just built my own media center with a 32" HDTV with this sound card:-

I would like a AIO system which i can also hook up to my PC to watch the films on there and to listen to the music. (Currently have a free view box but will be getting either sky standard or sky+ in the new year).

I'm currently looking at these four systems. Are these suitable to both hook up and get the best quality both visiually and sound wise?

Thanks very much,

Have you thought about changing your PC see this one

And only £630, I'm a Mac man but even I feel tempted just for the features.

On another note, the HTSS1100 looks like the best bet until they release the HT-SS2000 although that may break the bank.

Your problem would be connecting the system you pick with your Sky box. If you pick Sky + it has an optical out but I don't think that the Sony packages you mention do. In that case, value wise, I would go for the Panasonic (assuming that has optical). However, if you have standard Sky, you won't get digital surround sound when watching Sky. Well that's my thoughts anyway.
