Need advise badly on Home Theatre?

Hi Guys,

I am looking to upgrade my AV set-up at home after purchasing a Full HD LCD. My current set-up comprises of the following:

Marantz SR6300,Mission 782,
Surround Mission m7ds,
Centre Mission 7c1,
Sub Polk Audio.

Am considering the following upgrades while retaining my mission speakers, surrounds & centre. Am a movie buff and spends 90% on movies and 10% on music.

Yamaha DSP-AX 863,
Sub Velodyne SPL-800i (but tempted to get the B&W PV1),
Blu-ray Pioneer BDP-51FD.

Please advise if the selected items are compatible with my mission speakers although they are almost 7 years old.

Think you'll struggle to get a response on this one as it will be rare someone will have heard that system all together with your speakers. Best bet would be to get the Yamaha on a home trial (and the sub if you can) from a dealer and test it out with your speakers - it'll be the only way to know for sure if it all works together well.
