need a new amp

Hi wanting to upgrade my system this year looking to spend £400 max on a new amp have epos M5 speakers (which I love and am not looking to replace) and currently marantz PM4001 ose amp any suggestions, like most kinds of music but want something that will do well with acoustic and jazz, will be looking to buy new cd player in future presently have a marantz cd5001 ose not interested in Cambridge stuff.

also was it was it worth buying OSE with marantz just a question out of interest thats all

just spotted Audiolab 8000S Integrated Amplifier at £345.00 any good?
