Naim NAC A5 Cable Termination Tutorial - Might be of interest!

Heard great things about this cable but at £25 a metre, I thought I'd just terminate it myself to save a bit of cash... Thank God I found this tutorial because it's one fidly bit of kit. Worth it in the end though. Has anybody else tried to terminate this swine?

Yes, I terminated mine and found it not to be a problem, I suppose experiance in engineering helped........

Interesting, thanks. I've not tried, though I note they incorrectly soldered the twin plug on the end that should point to the speakers!

At Hogworts they just mutter solderironio and that does the trick.

I've never been a fan of Naca5..when I still have my Naim system since I used TQ black and never had a problem for years..

Would it not be far simpler to just use the binding posts and bare wire?
