my first home cinema on a budget!

Hi peeps. over the next 3 months i will be getting my first home cinema setup. having scoured the tinterweb for months and buying every mag on the shelf ive come up with some choices. would just like to hear peoples verdict on them...for my own piece of mind

TV - Panasonic TH-37PX80b

AVR - Sony STR-DG820 or Onkyo TX-SR576 (cant stretch to 606)

Speakers - this is the tough one.... Q Acoustics 1010i 5.1 or Jamo A102HCS5 or Tannoy Mercury F1

PS3 i already have as my BD player

Please help me choose! unfortunatley cost is a major factor. but i still want the best i can afford.

Thanks in advance and i hope this gives some pointers to people setting up on a first time budget cinema.

Not sure on the rest, but for me would have to be the Tannoys for the speakers.

think i may have misled you on the tannoys.... as i misled myself also..

its a custom pack not the ones reviewed on here...ie. no floorstanders just 4 x f1 speakers

Ah, not sure then, I was thinking of this package which I think would be more than £399 (though looks like the only difference is the sub I think - TS8 instead of the TS12). I can recommend the Q Acoustics 1010i package, but haven't heard the Tannoy one with that sub that you're touting above...

I reckon the Q Acoustics package with the Sony receiver would be great.

well i have been told to buy the q acoustics 1010 for about £240 and then add the epos els sub for about £199 that takes you to about £440 i havent heard it but i know the q acoustics sub isnt that great so.....
