Posted thread a while ago about my subs buzz. After reading a few forums i think i would be better off buying a new sub as cost of repair can range from £110 to £200!.
Any suggestions on a replacment sub to use with my kef eggs?

hi i had the same prob with my kef sub and when i returned it to kef they said that there was nothing wrong with it. so in the end i changed my kef for a wharfdale sw250 and to be honest it sounds ten times better but suppose all dependent on wot your room size and layout is. which kht's have you got.

hi does it hum when u have phonos plugged in or does it do it when they are out?

have seen a couple of psw2500 thats the ovel type going on ebay bnib silver or black around £200- £250 tempted myself as it would look so good with the kef eggs, av world fareham is the seller.

the htb2 kef sub is a good reliable sub the psw range are not so good because the amps pack up on most of them
