So I'm looking for a new smartphone - budget or mid range with good apps and functionality, nothing too fancy. A nice camera.

I've been using basic iphones for years but want to move away because -

1. I want to take pictures, connect to my home computer, then download / save. I don't want the bother and intrusion of icloud etc .
2. I want inexpensive earplugs with wires attached so i don't lose them

I have a basic Samsung smartphone for work and I'm not keen on that either (too easy to catch screen, and it does strange things !)

Sony / Nokia or something ?

All tips gratefully received !

Jump on to YouTube and search best android phones under (The max you want to spend) and you will see a selection to look into. (Seeing a video is much more informative than relying on written specs and descriptions.

LG V and G series phones include audiophile grade headphone amps and DACs that just happen to have very good phones attached to them. :)
