Time for a rant!!

F****** DPD depot!! tracking my order for delivery today (I am at work but someone home so signed for fine). I get home this evening to unbox my newness to find it has been re-taped by DPD open up the box to find that it must have been propped at some point and the cabinet is damaged at one end.

Yikes, how horrid! What sort of packaging did it come in, and was it compromised?

Do also inform the shop, after all they're in a position to exert far greater pressure on the forwarder.

was brand new in box. one end of the box was completely detached from the rest of the box and stuck back together with DPD tape.

contacted petertyson's and will be swapped on Friday. yay

Peter Tyson are very good. Have had to send a couple of things back to them in the past. Always very straightforward.
